Yes, we conduct most initial consultations via video conference for your convenience. In-person meetings are available by appointment.

What should I bring to the first meeting?

For corporate tax: previous year's return, current year financials, and any notices from CRA. For bookkeeping: access to your accounting software and bank statements. We'll provide a detailed checklist after you schedule.

How quickly can you start working with a new client?

Most engagements can begin within one week of the initial consultation. For urgent matters like audit responses, we can typically start within 48 hours.

Do you work with clients outside of Ontario?

Absolutely. We serve clients across all Canadian provinces and territories. Our team is familiar with provincial tax regulations from BC to Newfoundland.
